Terms of Use
Last updated September 3, 2026
These terms describe the intended conditions for participation in the SelfOwe private test. Final consumer terms will be reviewed and updated before any public release.
Product purpose
SelfOwe is personal-finance software that helps users organize money in a designated account and track goals for replenishing money they have used. It is not a bank, lender, card issuer, investment adviser or custodian.
No money movement
The current version does not initiate or execute bank transfers. Any instruction to open a bank application is only a handoff. The user remains responsible for reviewing and completing transactions through their financial institution.
Informational estimates
Interest comparisons, payoff projections and progress calculations are educational estimates. They are not guarantees, offers of credit, investment advice, tax advice or individualized financial advice.
User responsibilities
Testers are responsible for providing accurate selections, protecting access to their devices and accounts, reviewing imported information and promptly reporting suspected errors. Bank records control if information displayed by SelfOwe differs from a financial institution’s records.
Availability
The private-test product may change, experience interruptions or be withdrawn. Features and third-party account connections are not guaranteed to remain continuously available during testing.
Third-party services
Financial connectivity and other functionality may be provided by third parties. Their separate agreements and privacy policies may apply to their services.
